Because every single item in our store is custom-branded to order, your package goes through two phases before arriving at your door:

- Fulfillment Window: It takes 2 to 5 business days to individually print your item's custom brand label and prepare it for shipment.
- Shipping Window: Once fulfillment is complete, the package is handed off to a major carrier (such as USPS, DHL, or FedEx).
Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as active production or transit business days.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- United States Standard Shipping: 4 to 10 business days
Note: Entering an incorrect address at checkout will result in extreme delays or a permanently lost package. Please ensure your delivery details are 100% accurate before finalizing your purchase, as we cannot adjust labels or offer refunds once an item enters our custom manufacturing queue.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your custom-made item is printed and handed off to our carrier network, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link will be sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking page to update its initial status history.
